Yes, I recommend this property.
Great facilities, however we did experience some issues. On both nights the power went out, was surprise that the hotel did not have back up generators and on the 4th floor we stay at had a weird horrible smell in the hallways and the shower look dirty. The staff was friendly and respectful just maybe we had bad room and floor

Thank you for your review.
I would like to apologize for the power outage. While it may have been out of our control, this did cause an inconvenience for our guests, and I would hate to think that you would not consider staying at our property in the future because of this.
I would also like to apologize for the odor in the hallway. This has been an issue we have been combating, but it is soon to be resolved.
I am glad, however, to see you were met with kind staff, and otherwise great facilities. I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future so we may improve your guest experience.

No, I do not recommend this property.
The room was nice. The social hour was okay. Hard to pass a free beer. The power went out like 6 times in the 3 weeks I was there. Mostly at night causing the room to become way to hot to sleep. Other times it went out were when the rooms would normally be cleaned. I had the same sheets for 2 of my three weeks. Also for some reason the elevators smelled very very bad most times of day. No idea what was happening there. Won’t be staying here again.

Thank you for your review.
I would like to apologize for your stay. While we focus on guest comfortability and do our best to bring the best experience possible, we seemed to have missed the mark this time.
After further investigation into your reservation, I do see that it was an error on our part as to why you did not receive service for your room. That should have been prevented, but instead, caused a disruption in your stay, to which I am incredibly sorry for. I have brought this to the attention of my team to be more vigilant in preventing this error for the future.
I also understand how frustrating it must have been to endure the odor from the elevators. As staff, we can only use the resources available to us to eliminate the odor for short periods of time. While we are actively combating this issue, we are still currently waiting for an outside plumbing company to inspect and resolve this.
In regards to the power outages, I again would like to apologize. It was unfortunately occurrences out of our control, and we have reached out to Oncor in order to better determine what caused the outages, and how to better prepare ourselves if they were to happen again in the future.
At the end of the day, none of these issues should have happened during what should have been a fantastic stay. I can only offer my sincerest apologies, and while you may not stay with us again in the future, I do hope you choose to stay within the IHG brand when looking for your next destination.

Comfortable bed and excellent service. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled great! The staff were very kind and professional. The only negative is the light that comes in the room from the parking lot. We woke up multiple times thinking it was daylight and we overslept.

The hotel was nice. Little issues here and there. Stain on the couch, holes in the curtain, rust stains on the bathroom tub. The beds were cleaned and comfortable. Nice room just small issues.
