Definitely a home away from home.
I was in a bind and needed to check in early, I called and spoke with front desk, I was told I would get a call back shortly with an update on my room.
The front desk agent called back less than 10 minutes later with an update that my room was ready for check in. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted with a smile.

Located near Sugarloaf Mills and easy access to the highway for shopping and dining. Rooms recently renovated and very clean. Great for an overnight rest, or for multi-day visit to Atlanta and surrounding cities.

The front desk manager, Zana. Was excellent. She was very helpful and always makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. The property location is fine. The AC units are always humming no matter how you set it thus making it difficult to have a true quiet time in the room. Cleaning policy is a bit bizarre. They clean the rooms only once a week. Will I go back there again, probably not, not for the price.

We stayed at the hotel during a severe storm in the Atlanta area and I was worried where to go in case of hurricane alarm and the staff did not know or give me an answer on where to go. Kept me on hold while she tried to get the manager. Then came back and said, we'll have to get back to you. I felt they should have had that information at their fingertips. Spent the entire night worried about whether or not the storm would hit the hotel. So I had a sleepless night. PLUS, I was on the fifth floor and nervous about the building being hit

My family was in the process of moving, and I issued a CC Authorization for this reservation. Absolutely perfect communications and issuance of CC Authorization form. My guest denoted that everything went perfectly, and the accommodations were perfect. Thank you for making this move less painful than a move could be.

I myself & my daughter went to this hotel because she was going to a concert so we decided to make a weekend out of it & I truly enjoyed my time here in Duluth. This hotel is fairly priced for the suite we were in, rooms very comfy & clean, great breakfast also & the staff were super friendly & very helpful....I highly recommend

All the staff was so sweet the entire stay. We had multiple staff tell us good morning, how are you doing etc. which was very wonderful. The rooms were very nice and clean, the amenities being up to date. I cannot recommend this place enough I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
