Great staff. Clean facilities. Hotel itself is old and tired. In room kitchen lacked eating utensils. TV had 1 channel that worked. Good social hour. Good breakfast. Nice comfortable lobby/dining area. Great basics....Great staff and very clean.

This is an average state suite and is OK in terms of the building. However, I left a bag for a moment which was taken by someone in the hotel. Things happen and I should’ve kept better watch over it however nobody would even help try to track it down or see what happened despite not much time passing, despite security cameras and footage right over where it was taken, etc. I’m an ambassador w others, and diamond with IHG, this is the first time I’ve ever had something taken and such a poor experience with nobody trying to help. So, stay across the street.

We arrived on a very cold day. Jan 21..the front desk person was wonderful and upgraded us on our stay to a two bedroom. We were very happy. The room was very clean and very well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds were great.
the next morning i went down to breakfast at 8;15 and it was not scheduled to end until 9 thirty. THERE WAS NO COFFEE and the woman stocking the breakfast kept disappearing into a back room. Finally I had to almost BEG her to make more coffee. it took her 15 minutes to do that. The breakfast was nice except she let everything run down to empty before she brought more. She needs some training on customer service. Everyone else was super eager to serve us.

We initially were going to go to one of the surrounding hotels but they were closed. So we decided to go to each hotel in the area and inquired about the cost. Once we arrived at Staybridge Suites, the gentleman at the check in desk was super hospitable and informative. Even though the cost to stay overnight was a bit more than we expected to pay, once we checked into the hotel room, we fell in love with the atmosphere! The whole overnight stay was great!

The breakfast attendant, whose name I believe was Stephanie, was outstanding. She ensured that everything was well stocked and clean. The staff members who checked me in were also very nice. Although they didn’t offer me any welcome amenities for being a Diamond Elite Member, they had fun, bubbly personalities.
The sleeper sofa in the room had rips on the arms, but overall, the room was clean. The general manager of the property had a rather snotty attitude, but I didn’t let that dampen my stay. Overall, it was a clean and well-maintained hotel.
